Acid/Alkaline

According to an an ongoing research by many doctors and nutrition specialists, keeping the body in an Alkaline State (slightly above ph 7, as measured in the blood, saliva or urin) prevents the body from sickness and dis-ease, as well as mental sluggishness, ADD, Depression, etc. Foods can be divided into alkaline or acidic forming depending on their ph level and how they affect the body.

From an energetic perspective, any disease and virus exists on a certain frequency. In order to flourish and affect one harmfully, the body needs to be in the same frequency range as the disease (virus/cancer cell, etc..) which is namely an acidic state ( < ph 7). As long as the body is in an alkaline state (> ph 7), the body stays healthy and no virus, cold, flu or even cancer can fully survive in an alkaline environment.

We're constantly bombarded with bacteria, germs and viruses and our Immune System is always working to fight off any intruders. It never really stops. The common misperception we have when we get a cold, for example, is the assumption that somebody else gave it to us, when in fact it only can happen when one's body is on the same frequency as the cold/flu virus. If the body's frequency is higher (not to be confused with levels of spiritual awareness) than the other person's and if the body is in an alkaline state, the chances of getting sick are reduced tremendously.

No need for a flu shot, pharmaceuticals or fear of pademics. Let food be thy medicine! You ARE what you eat. The more alive raw and alkaline food you get into your diet, the more alive you will feel/be, the more protected your are from disease. On the other hand, the more processed and acidic food you have in your diet the more sluggish, mentally and physically tired you will feel and the more prone you are to illness.

One may ask, if it is that simple, why has the mainstream not caught on to this, especially the medical scientific community? Actually many doctors and nutrition experts have caught on to it but you won't hear about it in the media or taught in schools for the same reason why you won't hear the ugly truth about what is really going on in the world:
The powers that be (ptb) are not interested in healthy people who can think for themselves and take their health in their own hands. Sick people means profit, are easier to control and it is even more profitable to make them believe they need a doctor or pharmaceuticals to get better. On a global scale, food affects consciousness and as the control of food is getting globalized/centralized with genetic modified seeds and depleted soil, it becomes more and more important to question: What am I eating? What is in my food, where does it come from and how is its quality?

So what does alkaline/acid ph balance truly mean? There have been studies done what foods belong into what category, however, as you will see for yourself, some of the acid/alkaline food charts conflict each other. That is because it is still a work in progress and there are different ways to determine the ph of a food and most importantly the ph after it is being digested. For example, lemon is acidic in it's natural state but when ingested it turns alkaline. Pressed organic lemon mixed with clean water is one of the best ways to lower one's acidic body ph and give a boost of alkaline. That's why lemon juice is great for any cleansing and fasting.

I'm not posting an acid/alkaline chart. You can google it and compare some of them. There seems to be still some discrepancy as to what is truly acidic/alkaline. The one I found well researched and extensive can be found in a little book called "The Acid Alakline Food Guide" by Dr. Susan E. Brown and Larry Trivieri.
The book begins by explaining what the acid/alkaline of your body has to do with the acid/alkaline influence of foods. It then explains how the pH of foods, once eaten, may change in your body—as citric acid fruits, once digested, become alkaline. As complicated as this process is, the authors provide the guidelines for the analysis of the foods covered in the book. This section is then followed by a listing of thousands of foods and their acid/alkaline ranges. Included are insets and groups that can help the reader better direct their food searches. The basic premise of the alkaline/acid balance is to eat about 80% alkaline food and only 20% acid forming food, keeping the body's ph in a slightly alkaline range with a blood ph reading of 7.35 to 7.45 (7.0 is neutral).
There are different way to measure one's ph. The most common one is the morning urine with ph strips. All that is explained in the book or can be found online.

The fact of the matter is that the average american diet is highly acidic and the majority of people live constantly in an acidic state. One of the most popular drinks, Cola, has an ph of 2!! That's basically pure acid. Researcher Sang Whang, author of the book "Reverse Aging", has found that to neutralize the acidifying effects of one glass of soda, the average person needs to drink thirty-two glasses of highly alkaline water! Other studies have been undertaken that show that cancer patients and terminal ill people have a blood ph of 4 to 6.

According to the research of the world famous Dr. Enderlein, total healing of chronic illness ONLY takes place when and if the blood is restored to a normal, slightly alkaline pH.

pH: what does it mean?

pH is the abbreviation for Potential Hydrogen or the measurement of hydrogen-ion concentration of any solution. The higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen rich the fluid is. The lower the reading, the more acidic and oxygen deprived the fluid is. The pH scale is from 0 to 14 with 7.0 being neutral. Anything above 7.0 is alkaline; anything below 7.0 is acid.

To be considered healthy, human blood must maintain a narrow pH range of 7.365. Any slight variation means symptoms and disease. If blood pH drops below 6.8 or increases above 7.8, cells stop functioning and the patient dies. Blood pH is difficult to test, but home test kits are available to test urine and saliva pH. Optimum urine and saliva pH is 7.0 to 7.4. Test you pH each morning before food, drink or exercise.

If you have health problems, this is a sign that you are acidic. When the body goes into extreme acidosis, the kidneys start producing ammonia, which may cause the pH to test too alkaline. This condition is frequently found in older people and is the cause of the unpleasant odor in old folks homes. Treating for acidosis will help the kidneys to stop producing ammonia.

In 1964, only 1 person in 214 contracted Cancer. Today it is 1 in 3 females and 1 in 2 males. The determining factor between health and disease is pH. It is not uncommon for the average American to test between 4 pH to 5 pH. Oxygen levels in the body are directly related to pH. Increasing pH from 4 pH to 5 pH increases oxygen to the cells by ten fold. From a 4 to a 6 increases oxygen by 100 times and raising pH
from 4 pH to 7 pH increases oxygen levels by 1,000 times.

Research shows that unless the body’s pH level is slightly alkaline, the body cannot heal itself. So, no matter what type of modality you use to take care of your health problem, it won’t be effective until the pH level is up. All drugs, medications and toxic chemicals have the effect of lowering the pH of the body. That is why there are side effects to every drug and none of them effect a cure.

When body pH drops below 6.4, enzymes are deactivated, digestion does not work properly; vitamins, minerals and food supplements cannot, effectively assimilate. Acid decreases energy production in the cells, the ability to repair damaged cells, the ability to detoxify heavy metals and makes the body more susceptible to fatigue and illness. Your body pH affects everything.

Research has proven that disease cannot survive in an alkaline state, however, viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold, fungus, Candida and Cancer cells thrive in a low oxygen, / low pH environment. An acid pH can result from an acid forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acid by using alkaline minerals, like sodium from the stomach and calcium from the bones. This is the cause of Osteoporosis and a number of other diseases. If there are not enough minerals in the diet to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur, resulting in symptoms like pain, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, MS, Lupus, etc.

There are two factors that are ALWAYS present with Cancer no matter what else may be present. Those two factors are Acid pH and Lack of Oxygen. Can we manipulate those two factors that always have to be present for Cancer to develop and by doing so will that help reverse the Cancer? If so, we need to learn how to manipulate pH and Oxygen.

Remember that the pH number is an exponent number of 10; therefore, a small difference in pH translates to a BIG difference in the number of oxygen or OH-ions. In other words, blood with a pH value of 7.45 contains 64.9% more oxygen than blood with a pH value of 7.3. Cancer needs an acid / low oxygen environment to survive and flourish. Terminal Cancer patients are about 1000 times more acidic than they should be. This equates to dangerously low amounts of oxygen at the cellular level.

In the absence of oxygen, glucose undergoes fermentation to lactic acid. This causes the pH of the cell to drop even lower. Urine and saliva pH of Terminal Cancer patients almost always runs between 4.0 and 5.5. When the cancer goes into metastases the pH drops even lower. Our bodies simply cannot fight disease if our body pH is not properly balanced. In other words, it’s either alkalize or die. It’s that important!
